The Inside Story

There is a traditional tap room with darts board, pool table and games machines.  Traditional styled décor that creates an environment suitable for drinking the finest cask ales, lagers and beers and well as a good selection of wines and spirits.  Food is also available in the tap room.

Whether you are wanting to relax and unwind after work, or meet up with friends and enjoy a game of pool, darts or dominoes over lunch, and have a bite to eat as well, you will be welcome in The Sidings Tap room. 

Also The Sidings tap room will be somewhere you can come in on your own and have a few drinks and be sure to meet with some other locals or the friendly landlord for a chat.

Quiz nights will be held on Thursdays and Sundays, with cash and other prizes on offer.

Other entertainment will be provided occasionally, such as , live music, comedians etc. Details will be posted here and at The Sidings well in advance.

The lounge, or ‘best side’ as they used to be called, is somewhere we would like you to be happy to bring your partner, parents, or friends.  Again a traditional lounge décor with a modern twist, comfortable dining areas, snug alcoves and a welcoming real log fire for those winter evenings.

As we serve food all day everyday we would welcome you for:

• A light lunch, snack or sandwich
• A full lunch, 1, 2 or 3 courses
• Businessmen's lunch
• Afternoon tea or after work meal
• Or a full evening meal for you, your friends or family

 

Food is served all day everyday in the lounge, we pride ourselves on all dishes being made on the premises, not fancy food, but wholesome pub food made by our experienced chef. 

For the business man on the move or meeting up with colleagues there will be free wifi connection.
