On Friday 23rd of March the Sidings FC played a scratch side from Horner brothers Print Group Limited (where some of the players work) to help raise funds for sports relief.
The Outside Story
The Sidings is a relatively new build pub, completed in 1991. It is a large building standing on 2/3rd of an acre of land. This provides substantial car parking for up to 50 vehicles.
There is a patio area to the front of the pub with outside seating for approximately 30 people.
The pub is on Whitehill Lane, the B6066, linking Bawtry Road in Brinsworth with Catcliffe.
Its location is approximately 2 miles from Rotherham town centre and less than 1 mile from the M1 motorway, either Junction 33 or 34 Meadowhall.
